How long does henna last? Henna lasts between 1 – 2 weeks, or more, depending on how well you look after your henna stain.
How to look after your henna? For your henna to last longer, things to look out for are: The number of hours you leave the henna paste on your skin (it is recommended for a minimum of 3 – 6 hours). Avoid washing your hands for the first 12 hours from getting the henna applied. To get henna paste off, we recommended rubbing off with your hands, or in oil. Preferably an oil that can make heat (eucalyptus oil, lavender oil, etc) Skin exfoliates (hot water, sea water, body scrubs, etc) Washing dishes.
